2 Nights in Soul Valley makes it to NFDC Film Bazaar Market

Debutant director Harish Sharmas supernatural flick 2 Nights in Soul Valley has made it to the NFDC Film Bazaar Market which offers an opportunity to young and talented filmmakers of the country to showcase their work globally.
 
 
Sharma told PTI from Goa that his film elicited good response from international buyers at the ongoing 42nd International film festival, Goa.
 
 
Based on a true life incident at Pitthoragarh, now Uttarakhand, years back, the Hindi-English film will be screened on November 26, Sharma, the writer/director of the movie, said.
 
 
The film is about a group of friends who plan a trip to a valley and the numerous creepy encounters they face in that two-night trip, marked by sudden disappearance of one of their friends.
 
 
"Already four to five foreign buyers have already showed interest in the film which has been seen by around 20 prominent people from the film fraternity on November 24, as it was the opening film at the Film Bazar," Sharma said.
 
 
Asked about his role as the mysterious forest guide, Hemant Pandey, having received acclaim for his role as Pandeyji in Office Office, said, The role will show me in a different garb, a far cry from the previous comic character.
 
 
The cast also includes Akshi, Gaurav Shah, Sumeet Sharma, Milli Moonstone and Meenakshi.
 
 
The film bazar is a four-day event where delegates are provided with an opportunity to meet international producers, sales agents, distributors as well as broadcasting and funding representatives active in the field of co-production.
 
 
The agenda is to draw a variety of industry professionals from across the globe who look for international collaborations and good business contacts.
