 It was their first wedding anniversary on January 23 and the Bangalore-based couple, Vinod Iyer and Ramya, decided to make it an adrenaline-rush celebration. Instead, it turned into a tragedy as Thursday's skydiving exercise, organised by Indian Skydiving and Parachute Association (ISPA) in Omalur near Salem in Tamil Nadu, resulted in Ramya hurtling down 10,000 feet in a matter of seconds to her death.
